Introduction
After submitting your current request, you will get connected to one of our third-party lenders or lending partners. For them, to be able to offer you a loan, your consent to using and accepting your electronic signatures, records, and disclosures ("E-Consent") is essential. By this form, you get informed about your rights when getting electronic disclosures, notices, and other information. By conceding our terms, you accept that you received this E-Consent and that you consent to carry out transactions making use of your electronic signatures, electronic disclosures, electronic records, and electronic contract documents ("Disclosures").
Paper Records Availability
You have the right to claim any Disclosures in printed form by contacting the third party lender or lending partner directly. You will be provided with paper copies. The lenders or lending partners will maintain all Disclosures according to the applicable law.
Scope of Application
This E-Consent refers to all online interactions between you and the third party lender or lending partner. It includes all the interactions by mobile devices such as phones, smartphones, and tablets. This E-Consent means that the third party lender or lending partner has the right to process your information and engage during all online interactions with you electronically. They may also send you notices electronically related to their interactions and transactions. You can find the Disclosures online at our or third party lenders' or lending partners' websites, and you may get them by an e-mail.
Electronic Business Consent
The required hardware and software facilities described below are essential, so get acquainted with them before you decide to start doing business electronically with the third party lenders or lending partners.
System Requirements
The following computer hardware and software are necessary to access and keep the Disclosures electronically: A PC or MAC compatible computer or other device with access to the Internet as well as to an e-mail account, and an Internet Browser software program that supports at least 128-bit encryption, such as Microsoft® Internet Explorer, Chrome® or Mozilla Firefox®. A PDF file reader like Adobe® Acrobat Reader X® will also be required to be able to read some documents. In order to copy and keep the paper-form of the Disclosures, you will need a printer or some long-term storage device to retain a copy of the Disclosures for possible future reference.
Consent Withdrawal
After you give your consent to our connecting service, third party lenders or lending partners to use your electronic signatures, records, and disclosures, you cannot retreat it because it is a one-time operation. If you are connected with one or more third party lenders or lending partners, you have the right to retreat it at any time you want without being charged. If you withdraw this E-consent before getting funded, you may not receive your funds from the lender or lending partner.
